OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES​
​
​Please follow these guidelines to ensure everyone has a fun and safe experience on the courts:
Open Play - Rotation system. If players are waiting, they will rotate into the game using a paddle stacking system.
Closed Play - Group play is organized by players, often with the same or similar skill level, who want to stay together for games.

Court Designations
​
-
Courts 1 - 6 are designated as "Open Play" courts daily during the hours of 9 am - 12 noon and 6 pm - 9 pm. Open Play is meant to be fun, competitive, and inclusive where all players are welcome.

Courts 7 - 19 are designated as "General Play" courts and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To hold a court, all players must be present. Please limit court usage to 2 hours when others are waiting.

Limit "Closed Group Play" to four courts.

TCPA sponsored events will override Court Play Guidelines. TCPA sponsored events will be posted on the TCPA website and on signage at the pickleball complex prior to events.

TCPA Member Round Robin – October 4th Recap!
​
The Troup County Pickleball Association hosted a spirited Member Round Robin on Saturday, October 4th, bringing together players for a day of friendly competition and camaraderie on the courts.
​
Both the ladies and men’s divisions featured tight match play, great sportsmanship, and plenty of pickleball energy as players battled for top honors.
​
Ladies Division Winners:
🥇 1st – Kathy Livingston & Missy Weldon
🥈 2nd – Ashley Harmon & Melanie Traylor
🥉 3rd – Beth Ivey & Claire Batchelor
Men’s Division Winners:
🥇 1st – Lance Hawks & Slade Hunt
🥈 2nd – Logan Karcher & Mike Yarborough
🥉 3rd – Bryce Todd & Steve Dittman
Huge congrats to all our winners and participants! Thanks to everyone who came out and made it another fun TCPA event — we love seeing our members out there competing, connecting, and enjoying the game!
